When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order. Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed and will only be used to process a requested order. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisations. Mastercard/Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/Solo/Switch can all be used on this site.
These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your product, but if for whatever reason you are not happy, please return it to us at:
Please include your name, address and reason for return/request for exchange. We recommend you send it by recorded delivery.
Exchanges – We are happy to exchange items for different sizes or colours provided the item is completely unmarked and in the saleable condition. Please send it back to us and we will swap it for the size and/ or colour required. Please remember to enclose a cover note with your details, and the details of the exchange required.
Refunds – will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are in saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of you (the customer) receiving them. Exchanges and Credit Notes will be given up to 30 days. Proof of purchase is required if not bought online.
Sales – Any item bought in a ‘Sale’ at a trade show, is not eligible for exchange or refund and is deemed to have been purchased as seen. Items bought in an ‘online sale’ can be exchanged for a credit note on the condition that the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. If a refund is required, notification in writing must be received within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned within 21 days of receipt. (Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014). In all cases the purchaser is responsible for return postage costs. Please note that sale items with defects cannot be returned soley for reasons of defects clearly declared in the description. All sale promotions & items are only available whilst stocks last and are limited to such.
Damage & Defects – Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately and returned for inspection in not more than 7 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for P&P refund.
If you are unsure your item will fit correctly please take care to ensure the item is not damaged or made dirty when trying on. We are not able to accept items that are in a ‘used’ condition unless there is a fault with the item.
We will endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt however this is not guaranteed.
Couriers – Please note if an instruction is given to leave an order ‘in a safe place’ and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Hidalgo Equine cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost/stollen under these circumstances.
